Bulk Order/Custom Label Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing First Light Candle Co as your candle supply partner. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

  1. Minimum Order Value: A minimum order of $150 or more is required for bulk purchases.
  2. Order Placement: All wholesale orders may be placed through our online forms available at firstlightcandleco.com. Emailing us directly is also acceptable. Be sure to include the products, size, quantity and fragrance that you want to order. 
  3. Pricing:
    • For products labeled with the First Light Candle Co brand, qualified customers will receive a 25% discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
    • For custom label orders, qualified customers will receive a 20% discount off the MSRP.
    • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, we will cover 50% of the shipping cost for all orders over $500.
    • FREE delivery is available for bulk/custom label orders within a 30-mile radius of Wichita, KS.
  4. Returns:
    • Returns must be initiated by email within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Please contact us at firstlight316@gmail.com to initiate a return. Returns will be processed according to our Return Policy.
  5. Payments:
  • Once your order details are confirmed, we will send you an invoice via email.
  • Payment can be made securely through our Shopify Pay system.
  • We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay.
  • For alternative payment options, please contact us directly to discuss your preferences.
  1. Lead Time:
  • Orders will be processed and shipped or delivered within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  1. Artwork Submission:
  • Customers have the option to submit their artwork through our custom label form available on our website, or they may describe the custom label design they desire. We will design a custom label at no charge. 
  1. Proofing Process:
  • Upon receipt of your custom label specifications, we will provide digital proofs within 1 business day for your approval.
  • You will have the opportunity to review and request any necessary revisions to ensure the label design meets your expectations.
  1. Label Approval:
  • Once the custom label design has been approved by the customer, an invoice will be generated for the order.
  1. Production and Fulfillment:
  • Upon receipt of payment, production of your custom labeled products will commence.
